We are not Student Finance England, the Student Loans Company, UCAS, a university or a government department. Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the service, when you cancel and whether work has started at your request. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
