This programme provides a foundation in health and social care practice. It covers health promotion, safeguarding, communication, social policy and person-centred care while developing practical, analytical and professional skills. The course prepares graduates for careers in health and social care services or further study.

BSc (Hons) Health and Social Care focuses on health and social care. It is designed to develop subject knowledge, academic skills and practical understanding that can support progression into employment or further study. Students may study areas such as Year One, Academic and Professional Skills, Fundamentals of Human Anatomy and Physiology, The Health and Social Care Professionals, Working Safely in Health and Social Care Environments and Year Two, alongside wider themes in care values, safeguarding, communication, health policy, wellbeing, public health, research skills and professional practice. Full-time - Standard delivery Studying on campus 2 days a week which is Monday - Friday (10:00-17:00) Weekend and Evening Delivery - maybe available
