This degree is designed for students considering a professional accounting qualification and provides exemptions from ACCA foundation papers where applicable. It develops skills for auditing, financial reporting, management accounting and financial services, while also building transferable skills such as communication, enterprise, problem solving and quantitative analysis.

BSc (Hons) Finance and Accounting focuses on accounting, finance and business management. It is designed to develop subject knowledge, academic skills and practical understanding that can support progression into employment or further study. Students may study areas such as Sustainable Business in the Contemporary Environment, Academic and Professional Skills, Business Planning, Introduction to Financial Accounting, Business and Corporate Law and Managing Business Performance, alongside wider themes in financial management, accounting principles, business decision-making, data analysis, leadership, strategy and organisational performance. Full-time - Standard delivery Studying on campus 2 days a week which is Monday - Friday (10:00-17:00)
