This degree focuses on the key role of people in successful business. Students learn about recruitment, motivation, professional development and the use of employees to deliver strategic organisational results. The course provides a grounding in core business skills and a deeper understanding of Human Resource Management, including sourcing, developing, rewarding and utilising employees.

BSc (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management focuses on business and human resource management. It is designed to develop subject knowledge, academic skills and practical understanding that can support progression into employment or further study. Students may study areas such as Sustainable Business in the Contemporary Environment, Academic and Professional Skills, Economics for Business, Business Finance, Legal Aspects of Business and Managing Human Resources, alongside wider themes in people management, employment practice, organisational behaviour, leadership, business operations, strategy and professional skills. Full-time - Standard delivery Studying on campus 2 days a week which is Monday - Friday (10:00-17:00)
